How is this different from a traditional cane?
The CAN Go™ is a smart cane with a built-in phone, LED flashlight, and activity tracker. It’s also stylish, with a modern ergonomic design.

How do I charge it?
Charging is available two ways, through the wall charger or travel charger. Watch this video to learn how to charge with the wall mount or this video for portable charging, on-the-go.
Does it come with a SIM card?
Yes, a SIM card is embedded in the smart cane to enable indoor and outdoor calling.
How does the subscription plans work?
After purchasing your cane, you will need to buy a monthly subscription in order to unlock the cane's powerful functionality, such as two-way voice calling, location tracking and activity tracking. You can purchase your subscription in the app when you are setting up your cane. Plans start at $20 per month. If you order during our early-bird campaign you will get 12 month free subscription.

What is the shipping cost?

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the continental United States.
Does calling work everywhere?
The CAN Go™ works both indoors and outdoors, and is able to make calls anywhere where there is a phone signal.
What is the battery life?
The battery lasts a maximum of 48 hours between charges. However, we recommend charging the smart cane every night for optimal battery life.
